I sent some Bird of Paradise Seeds to Susie on November 23.
They came back yesterday, March 31.

They had been opened "for postal inspection," and had lots of French writing all over as well as her address crossed out.

Oh well.

I've just spoken to a friend of Susie's who talked to her on the phone a week ago. He said she is fine, but still without her computer.

Interestingly, he also said he'd mailed a package to her which didn't get through, so perhaps there is something fishy going on with the postal service in that little village of hers.

My fault, Ana, as I started both threads.
The first one was a question as to did anybody know if something happened to Susie; this one was just an expression of lament. Susie was lots of fun here on HT. Hope she comes back soon.
