HONOLULU (20 August 2002) — Lacene Terri, candidate for State Senate District 23 (Kane`ohe to Kawela Bay), joined fellow Republican office-seekers for a G.O.P. Candidate Rally in Kane`ohe tonight.

The rally was a perfect opportunity for Windward O`ahu voters to get to know the diverse family of Republicans running for office in this year's historic elections. Residents got to talk with and hear from over a dozen candidates while enjoying a chicken bento dinner and winning door prizes.

In addition to Lacene Terri, the other candidates featured tonight were:

The next G.O.P. candidate rally (featuring candidates in Central O`ahu) will be held on Thursday, August 22, 2002 at Mililani Mauka Elementary School in Mililani.
