HONOLULU (15 October 2002) Small Business Hawaii has endorsed Lacene Terri in her bid for the Hawaii State Senate, District 23.

The endorsement was conveyed through Paychecks Hawaii, the independent, non-partisan political affiliate of Small Business Hawaii, which highlights business-friendly candidates every election season.

[ Sam Slom ]"Lacene Terri will bring a fresh spirit, and experience, to the State Senate — a positive energy without personal attacks or narrow agenda," said Sam Slom, Senate minority leader and President and Executive Director of Small Business Hawaii. "I have confidence in her many abilities."

"We need Lacene in the Senate," Slom added, who is also president and owner of SMS Consultants. "The people of Hawaii need Lacene to help bring about meaningful change."
